If excessive damage is caused that the item is damaged beyond repair, the customer is responsible for a full replacement fee of the item. Also, there is a $20 fee that we will take from your deposit if the item packaging and materials provided with the display are not returned with the display or if they are lost

50% of the total fees will be required to reserve your date. You can cancel up to 14 days before the event to receive a full refund. After 14 days, 50% is non-refundable!
