Event Cancellation Policy for Event Decorations

Cancellation Notice: A minimum notice of 2 weeks before the event date is required to cancel your rental and decorations.

Cancellation Fees: Fees may apply, amounting to 10% of the total order.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation notice and fee structure. Some deposits may be non-refundable.
